Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions across Jacksonville's thriving industries
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend shifts to ensure seamless staffing solutions
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system with real-time placement tracking
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand weekend staffing needs
- Facilitate onboarding processes for weekend workers including document verification and orientation
- Collaborate with weekday recruiters to ensure consistent service standards and candidate quality
- Generate weekly performance reports on weekend staffing metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience with weekend availability
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Experience with behavioral interview techniques and candidate assessment
- Knowledge of Jacksonville's job market and key industry sectors
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
- Professional certification (CPSR, CTS) preferred but not required
