Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15-20 client accounts
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for weekend staff
- Resolve urgent staffing issues via 24/7 on-call rotation
- Conduct weekly performance reviews for weekend team members
- Develop client relationships through weekend site visits
- Optimize shift scheduling using ATS software
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or agency experience required
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- OSHA or HR certification a plus
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat-Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
