Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, hospitality, and event industries
- Screen and onboard candidates for weekend shifts within strict SLAs
- Manage real-time staffing adjustments through our mobile platform
- Resolve client and candidate issues with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation for weekend assignments
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize weekend placement efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing/recruitment or customer service coordination
- Proven experience managing high-volume assignments under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
- Valid Maryland driver's license for client site visits (if required)
- Weekend availability: Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore's industry landscape preferred
