Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and event industries
- Screen and onboard temporary staff for weekend shifts using ATS systems
- Manage client communication regarding weekend staffing changes and requirements
- Process payroll documentation and timesheets for weekend personnel
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites during peak weekend hours
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations for weekend employment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing or agency experience preferred
- Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
