Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and event clients
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary/permanent roles
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate ATS records
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for weekend staff placements
- Resolve staffing issues and ensure weekend coverage compliance
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless handoffs and continuity
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or staffing industry experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and occasional holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of Albuquerque's labor market and compliance requirements
