Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across Mesa industries
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during weekend hours
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses seeking weekend staff
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) with 100% data accuracy
- Facilitate onboarding processes for weekend-shift employees
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend staffing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Strong technical skills with applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in MS Office and video conferencing tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
