Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement

- Drive sales initiatives to expand client portfolio
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in ATS
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record in sales and client development
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across industries
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Charlotte market knowledge preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
