Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct weekend interviews and assessments for diverse industry roles
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Facilitate onboarding processes for weekend-shift placements
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize weekend hiring strategies
- Provide exceptional candidate experience during off-hours communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success with weekend/holiday shift placements
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs job market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
