Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temp-to-perm positions
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews on Saturdays and Sundays
- Build relationships with Baltimore-area businesses for staffing needs
- Manage applicant tracking system and candidate pipelines
- Facilitate onboarding for weekend-shift placements
- Collaborate with weekday recruiters for seamless handoffs
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and candidate satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven ability to source candidates for weekend/shift roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Knowledge of Baltimore's job market and industries
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
