Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct phone/video interviews with job seekers
- Match candidates to client requirements and job specifications
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers
- Utilize job boards and social media for recruitment
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruiting experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient with recruitment software and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with organizational excellence
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (client visits required)
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
