Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend-shift positions across healthcare, logistics, and technology sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during weekend hours (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS system with 24-hour response standards
- Develop strategic recruitment plans for hard-to-fill weekend roles
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize weekend hiring strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven track record of placing candidates in healthcare, logistics, or IT roles
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting recruitment data
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- SHRM or CTS certification preferred
