Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across diverse industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments for weekend roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of pre-vetted weekend talent
- Manage client relationships to understand weekend staffing needs and deliver customized solutions
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for weekend assignments
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records
- Track key recruitment metrics and optimize weekend placement strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekend shift specialization
- Proven track record of placing candidates in weekend/holiday roles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong understanding of Indianapolis's weekend workforce landscape
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
