- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and document verification
- Build and maintain relationships with client hiring managers to understand weekend staffing requirements
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Collaborate with the staffing team to optimize weekend recruitment strategies and fill urgent positions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience with weekend shift specialization
- Proven ability to source candidates for high-turnover industries like healthcare and warehousing
- Exceptional communication skills with experience conducting weekend interviews
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and job boards
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation for candidate meetings
