Responsibilities
- Manage overnight staffing assignments across 15+ client accounts
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments during evening hours
- Process payroll documentation for temporary staff
- Resolve urgent staffing issues with on-call clients
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Update recruitment databases and candidate profiles
- Conduct quality assurance checks for deployed staff
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
