Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ active client accounts
- Conduct real-time shift coverage management using our proprietary ATS system
- Screen and onboard candidates for immediate night shift placements
- Resolve staffing emergencies within 30-minute response time
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific safety protocols
- Generate weekly performance reports for client accounts
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced night environment
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Knowledge of Louisville's industrial sectors
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
