Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates into weekend shift roles for our diverse client base.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for weekend staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners to understand their staffing needs.
- Process necessary paperwork and time-tracking for temporary and temp-to-perm employees.
- Coordinate with branch management to ensure 100% fill rate for weekend shifts.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on labor trends in the Oklahoma City area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related administrative field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with flexibility for overtime as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
