Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare facilities across Tampa Bay
- Screen, interview, and place qualified temporary staff in critical care roles
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments and on-call rotations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and agency policies
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and documentation systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Respond to urgent staffing requests with 24-hour turnaround capability
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare staffing or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Tampa healthcare facilities and staffing needs
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- BS in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
