- Maintain accurate candidate database and staffing schedules
- Resolve urgent staffing issues with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or agency experience required
- Weekend availability essential (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
