Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across 15+ client locations in Virginia Beach
- Screen and interview candidates for hospitality and retail weekend positions
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments via our proprietary staffing platform
- Conduct onboarding for weekend staff including orientation and training
- Resolve client staffing issues with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and agency standards
- Generate weekly performance reports for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to cover variable weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Knowledge of Virginia labor laws preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field a plus
