Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, hospitality, and event clients across San Diego
- Screen, interview, and onboard temporary candidates using our proprietary ATS system
- Resolve urgent staffing issues with 24/7 on-call rotation support
- Maintain precise scheduling and payroll documentation for weekend shifts
- Build and nurture relationships with top-tier candidates and key client contacts
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize weekend coverage and satisfaction rates
- Implement compliance protocols for labor regulations during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during unsupervised weekend shifts
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CSPR) or equivalent strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of San Diego's labor market and industry-specific regulations
