Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, industrial, and administrative clients across Fort Worth
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone interviews and skill assessments
- Manage onboarding processes for weekend staff including documentation and training
- Resolve urgent staffing needs with 24-hour turnaround capabilities
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Build relationships with local talent pools and community organizations
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience or customer service background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with phone proficiency
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced weekend environments
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; HR certification preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
