Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend candidate interviews and onboarding processes
- Manage staffing assignments for weekend-based client facilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using ATS and social recruiting
- Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless handoffs
- Resolve urgent staffing issues with 24/7 client support protocols
- Analyze weekend labor market trends and adjust recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of El Paso's labor market and key industries
- OSHA certification preferred for healthcare/logistics roles
- Flexible schedule availability (Friday evenings/Saturdays required)
