Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare facilities and distribution centers
- Screen and interview candidates for part-time and temporary weekend positions
- Manage applicant tracking system data and candidate communications
- Build relationships with client partners to understand staffing requirements
- Conduct onboarding for weekend staff and ensure compliance
- Resolve staffing issues with professionalism and urgency
- Generate weekly staffing performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
