- Coordinate weekend staffing placements across Philadelphia metropolitan area
- Screen and schedule qualified candidates for urgent weekend shifts
- Manage client communications and assignment logistics
- Resolve staffing emergencies with 24/7 on-call support
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
- Track performance metrics and optimize staffing efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or coordination experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work flexible weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
