Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client assignments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using ATS systems
- Conduct client-facing consultations to understand hiring needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding campaigns
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume, urgent hiring environments
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong Tampa Bay professional network
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
