Responsibilities
- Perform assigned job duties accurately and efficiently according to established safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure operational continuity during night shifts.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and attendance requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Operate machinery or equipment as required by specific role assignments.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Complete daily checklists and time logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid state-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
