Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing placements across healthcare, hospitality, and industrial sectors
- Screen and schedule candidates for urgent weekend shift assignments
- Manage client communication and staffing demand forecasting
- Conduct onboarding for temporary weekend staff
- Maintain accurate staffing records in ATS system
- Resolve staffing emergencies with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with high-volume scheduling in service industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends
