Responsibilities
- Screen and interview job candidates via phone and in-person assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and application tracking systems
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and opportunities
- Support staffing consultants with administrative tasks and client communications
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to develop recruitment expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
