Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews for weekend temp candidates.
- Manage the recruitment calendar and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary staff members.
- Communicate with clients regarding candidate availability and placement status.
- Fulfill basic clerical duties related to payroll and timekeeping for weekend staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, HR, or customer service role is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
