Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend/temporary positions across Atlanta's top industries
- Coordinate job placements, onboarding, and orientation for weekend staff
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Build relationships with client partners to understand weekend staffing needs
- Conduct market research to identify high-demand weekend job opportunities
- Facilitate communication between candidates, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination experience
