Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across multiple client locations
- Screen and schedule qualified candidates for urgent weekend shifts
- Act as primary point of contact for clients and candidates on weekends
- Resolve staffing emergencies with quick-thinking solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend schedules and assignments
- Conduct onboarding for weekend temporary staff
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or scheduling coordination
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in staffing software (e.g., Bullhorn, StaffingHub)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
