- Coordinate onboarding and placement for weekend staff with client partners
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate staffing records
- Resolve staffing emergencies with quick-thinking solutions during peak weekend hours
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools in Tucson's weekend workforce
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand weekend staffing needs
- Track KPIs including placement success rates and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or human resources coordination
- Proven experience managing weekend or shift-based workforce scheduling

- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
