Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across 15+ client locations
- Screen and onboard temporary workers for weekend shifts
- Handle urgent staffing requests and schedule adjustments
- Conduct client satisfaction follow-ups post-assignments
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
- Update staffing databases and generate weekend reports
- Collaborate with weekday team for continuity of service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or coordination experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail in scheduling and documentation
- Experience in healthcare/hospitality staffing preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
