Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and hospitality
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions
- Manage client communications and ensure staffing requirements are met
- Process payroll and maintain accurate staffing records
- Resolve staffing issues and provide on-call support during weekends
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (for occasional client visits)
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional weekday availability
