Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across Denver's key industries
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and contract positions
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs during weekend shifts
- Process payroll and maintain accurate staffing records
- Source and onboard new talent for weekend opportunities
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute coverage requests
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
