Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions across Columbus industries
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend shifts
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records
- Coordinate onboarding for weekend staff placements with client partners
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand weekend staffing needs
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for weekend assignments
- Conduct quality assurance checks for weekend-staffed client sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-2pm)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekday overflow assignments
