Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for weekend shifts across healthcare, hospitality, and logistics sectors
- Manage candidate onboarding and orientation processes for weekend assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate weekly staffing schedules and ensure 100% shift coverage compliance
- Conduct candidate interviews and skills assessments via virtual and in-person methods
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute placement requests within 2-hour SLA
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and placement metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift scheduling
- Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines in time-sensitive environments
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's labor market and weekend industry demands
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional client site visits
