Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across Portland metro area clients
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions
- Process payroll documentation for weekend staff
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Conduct onboarding for weekend employees
- Resolve staffing emergencies and coverage issues
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field preferred
