- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, hospitality, and logistics clients
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates on weekend shifts
- Manage client communication regarding staffing needs and scheduling
- Process payroll and onboarding documentation for weekend staff
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and job requisition tracking
- Conduct quality assurance checks for weekend placements
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, recruitment, or healthcare/hospitality coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
