Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, hospitality, and industrial clients
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend positions using ATS platforms
- Manage onboarding and orientation for weekend staff
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure 100% weekend coverage
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and client requirements
- Build relationships with both clients and weekend candidates
- Track staffing metrics and provide weekend performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management
- Proven weekend scheduling and coordination experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
