Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across healthcare, event, and logistics sectors
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions
- Manage client communication regarding staffing needs and schedules
- Process payroll and timesheets for weekend staff
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute coverage requests
- Maintain accurate candidate and client databases
- Conduct onboarding for new weekend hires
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruitment coordination
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- Experience with healthcare staffing preferred
