Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing placements for healthcare facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers
- Screen and onboard qualified candidates through virtual and in-person interviews
- Manage real-time staffing adjustments for urgent client requests
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with full-time recruiters to ensure seamless service continuity
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with temporary staff assignments
- Resolve staffing conflicts with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, recruitment, or human resources coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Basic knowledge of OSHA compliance for industrial settings
