Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across Fort Worth's key industries
- Screen and qualify candidates for temporary and contract positions
- Manage client communications and staffing needs during weekend hours
- Process payroll and onboarding documentation for weekend staff
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute placement requests
- Maintain accurate candidate and client databases in our ATS system
- Conduct weekend interviews and assessments for high-priority roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth's job market and key industries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional evenings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
