Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates for weekend client assignments
- Coordinate staffing schedules across Virginia Beach hospitality and medical facilities
- Manage client relationships and address urgent weekend staffing needs
- Process payroll documentation and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Utilize ATS systems to maintain accurate candidate databases
- Conduct on-site client visits to ensure service quality

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment or staffing coordination
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Expertise in Virginia labor laws and compliance
