In this role, you will be the face of our agency during our peak weekend hours. You will play a critical role in our recruitment pipeline, ensuring candidates have a seamless experience while helping them find their next career opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Receive, screen, and register walk-in applicants with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and fit for open positions.
- Enter candidate data accurately into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers at client companies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, waiting lounge, and filing systems.
- Assist with the onboarding paperwork for temporary employees.
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or staff member.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruitment, or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, and data entry).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
