Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume screening and interviewing of candidates for weekend roles.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified talent for immediate and future needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking software.
