Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship merchandise to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock counts to maintain high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and key performance indicators.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime during peak seasons.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
