Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the picking, packing, and labeling of orders for timely shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and SOPs.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
