Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (5S standards).
- Load Management: Assist in loading and unloading trailers during peak weekend hours.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (0600-1600).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
