Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems in enterprise environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system health and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows/macOS environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
